Montana Small Business 

Montana Chamber Choices was started in May 2004 as an alternative to the small business group insurance plan.  Since that time, it has grown to include over 20,000 lives, more than half of whom were previously not covered by health insurance.

Chamber Choices is designed to meet the needs of businesses with 1-99 employees. To be eligible for enrollment a business must either be a member of the Montana Chamber of Commerce or any local participating Chamber of Commerce.  In addition to the health plan, coverage for dental, vision and life insurance are available as well.  Employers must pay at least 50% of the employee premium and have over 75% of their employees enrolled to meet Chamber Choices plan eligibility and employers may carve out certain "coverage groups."  Those businesses enrolled are eligible for benefits in the Insure Montana program if accepted in the state application process.
